Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist | Central Area

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our client, providing care for inpatients, outpatients, and home settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and set individualized rehab goals

• Develop and review rehab plans, discharge planning, and treatment updates

• Supervise rehab assistants and ensure patient safety

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, family conferences, and community outreach

• Provide caregiver training and engage clients/families in therapy

• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow hospital guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master/Diploma in Physiotherapy, AHPC-registered with valid practicing certificate

• BCLS + AED certified

• 2-3 years experience in hospital or nursing home community/aged care experience preferred
