Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Physiotherapist at RetroFit Pte Ltd under our Home Therapy team. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring progress. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize rehabilitation outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- 1.Oversee and monitor rehabilitative exercise programmes for individual clients, ensuring safe and effective progression.
- Develop and implement appropriate exercise programmes to improve clients overall wellbeing.
- Conduct homebased physiotherapy sessions this role requires travelling to clients homes to deliver onetoone care.
- Provide support forneurologicalandgeriatricclient populations.
- Provide clinical advice and protocols for rehabilitative exercise planning.
- Offer guidance on managing clients with chronic illnesses and complex conditions.
- Collaborate closely with Exercise Specialists to codesign and execute client programmes.
- Documenting clients progress and maintaining accurate records of treatments and outcomes.
- Utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest research to inform treatment plans and exercise programs.
- Staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and technologies to continually improve the quality of care provided.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognised institution
- Preferably minimum 2 years clinical experience in Singapore
- Passion in working with client of all ages with injury and getting them to a functional level
- Team player, ability to work independently in remote client locations
- Strong growth mindset
- Good communication skills
- Experience in geriatric and/or neuro cases an advantage
- Must obtained Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practicing License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
