- Provide high-quality, professional physiotherapy services across assigned caseloads, including inpatient, outpatient, and home-based cases.
- Ensure service coverage for designated wards.
- Conduct and document all aspects of patient care, including initial assessments, periodic reassessments (every 6 months for maintenance and every 3 months for active rehabilitation), individualized rehabilitation goals, weekly review of rehabilitation plans, treatment updates, and discharge planning.
- Monitor and follow up on patient progress.
- Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, and family meetings.
- Manage daily billing responsibilities.
- Engage in departmental in-service training and contribute to the education of other professionals and students.
- Provide supervision and guidance to physiotherapy students during clinical placements.
- Deliver talks or lectures as required.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor/Diploma in Physiotherapy, recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
- Registered with AHPC and holding valid practicing certificate from AHPC
- BCLS + AED Certificate
- 2-3 years experience relevant experience in hospital or nursing home setting
5 days work week Working hours: 8.30AM to 6PM
