Our client is expanding their team. They are looking for a registered Physiotherapist to conduct home based physical therapy sessions for clients.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct home based physical therapy sessions
- Oversee and monitor rehabilitative exercise programmes for individual clients
- Develop and implement appropriate programs to improve the overall wellbeing of the client
- To be able to support neuro related cases and geriatric type clients
- Provide advice and protocols in conducting rehabilitative exercise programmes
- Provide clinical advice on handling of clients with chronic illnesses
- Work with Exercise Specialist to execute programmes
- Maintain database/records of all clients to provide evidence-based exercise programme with accurate and appropriate documentation
- Ensure proper case notes for all clients
- Collate data from outcome measures and provide review and analysis of data
- Any other duty as assigned by Director of the team or Lead Physiotherapist.
Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
Travel expense is covered.
Requirements
- Obtained Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practising License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
- Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution
- Preferably 2 or 3 years clinical experience
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in geriatric and/or neuro cases.
