Physiotherapist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and geriatric conditions in community and centre-based settings.

You will play a key role in promoting mobility, fall prevention, and functional recovery, supporting clients to age in place safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage clients with physical impairments and movement dysfunction

• Develop and implement therapeutic exercise programmes

• Conduct fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations

• Provide caregiver education on safe handling and positioning

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions

• Support community outreach and rehabilitation initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution

• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable working in community or home-based settings
