The Physical Security Technology Solutions Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing physical security solutions for Pinkerton's clients. This role involves expertise in creating CAD designs, drafting Statements of Work (SOW), budgeting, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and design custom physical security solutions using advanced technology.
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and blueprints to support project planning and implementation.
- Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) that outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess security needs and evaluate the best strategies and technologies.
- Oversee the integration of various security technologies for seamless operation and optimal security solutions.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Security Management, or related field. Minimum of three to five years of experience in physical security solution design and implementation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with PDF software like Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of security technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Singapore and Taiwan.
- Prior experience in project management is a plus.
