Responsible for developing, maintaining and testing business continuity plans in compliance with applicable policies and supervision bodies requirements to ensure operational resiliency and availability of relevant services in case of disruptive events.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity framework including Business Impact Analysis and Business Recovery Plans to ensure operational continuity and business resiliency
  • Ensure plans align with business requirements (services and processes), industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues to business operations.
  • Analyze the impact of identified risks on critical business functions
  • Develop risk mitigation and business resiliency strategies
  • Provide training sessions to stakeholders to raise awareness of business continuity plans
  • Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of plans
  • Provide support to stakeholders for the implementation of business continuity measures or processes resiliency improvements
  • Active participation to crisis management team during disruptive events, coordinating response and execution of recovery plans
  • Informs and communicate effectively during crisis situations
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents to senior management

YOUR PROFILE

Skills

  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to business continuity
  • Skill in preparing and delivering reports to senior management related to business continuity initiatives and arising threats
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholders management
  • Proficiency in utilizing business continuity planning tools

Experience

  • Proven experience in the role or similar, developing and implementing business continuity plans
  • Proven track record in leading and coordinating crisis management and implementation of response measures
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses
  • Experience in developing and delivering training sessions for employees on business continuity plans beneficial

Education

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or a related fields beneficial
  • Business Continuity Management certification beneficial (ISO 22301)
