Responsibilities

• Lead the physical design implementation of large ASICs ranging from 100 to 400 million gates, ensuring successful delivery on advanced process technologies including 7nm, 5nm, 3nm, and 2nm nodes
• Apply hands-on expertise with leading-edge physical design EDA tools to optimize integrated circuit design and implementation for high complexity projects
• Utilize commercial and proprietary EDA tools to execute Place & Route, Verilog simulation, DRC/LVS verification, and timing analysis to meet design specifications and quality standards
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of CPU and DSP architectures and algorithms to enhance physical design implementation and improve circuit performance
• Develop and execute scripts using relevant scripting languages to automate design tasks and improve workflow efficiency
• Employ UNIX/Linux operating systems proficiently to support design tool operations and environment setup
