Work with the manufacturing team to fabricate designed chips
Improve quality and repeatability of standard fabrication Processes, and implement fabrication protocols to guarantee quality
Analyze process performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for process-related defects or deviations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Test engineering, and production, to drive process optimization initiatives.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including process specifications, standard operating procedures, and reports.
Support the transfer and qualification of new products or processes into the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degrees in electrical engineering, applied physics, physics or a related discipline
2 - 5+ years of experience in Integrated photonics, semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing, with a focus on fabrication processes
Expertise with semiconductor nanofabrication processing techniques (lithography, etching, metallization, etc) and familiarity with the associated tools
Proven ability to characterize devices, analyze and interpret results (SEM, AFM, profilometer, etc)
Track records with developing and optimizing new nanofabrication processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and process optimization tools
Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and related principles is a plus
Experience with RF/high-speed electronics is a plus
Proficient in English and Mandarin, as required for working with our global team frequently
Experience in interfacing/managing foundries or OSAT is a plus
