The role of a Photographer and Videographer is essential to capturing and creating the visual aspect of the social media presence, and we are looking for someone who aligns with our values of collaborative work and client satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Singapore. The Photographer and Videographer will be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality images and videos that will be used for social media. They will work closely with the creative team to ensure that the visual aspect of the social media content is aligned with brand philosophy and the bigger picture beyond the digital media. The Photographer and Videographer will also be responsible for editing and retouching images and videos to ensure the highest quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

- Produce high-quality and visually appealing photos and videos for various social media platforms.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their brand, messaging, and content requirements.

- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas that align with social media trends and platform best practices.

2. Photography and Videography:

- Utilise professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software to capture and edit stills and videos.

- Conduct photo and video shoots both in-studio and on-location, ensuring optimal composition, lighting, and angles.

- Maintain and organise a library of digital assets for quick and efficient retrieval.

3. Social Media Optimisation:

- Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.

- Optimise content for specific platforms, ensuring it meets the technical specifications and engages the target audience effectively.

4. Client Collaboration:

- Engage with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback.

- Present creative concepts and collaborate on the development of visual strategies that align with clients marketing objectives.

5. Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.

- Coordinate with other team members, such as account executives and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive and integrated content creation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro
• Experience in photography and videography, with experience in creating content for social media
• Ability to operate and maintain various photography and videography equipment
• Strong artistic ability and composition skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Photography, Videography, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience in graphic design is a plus
• Familiarity with social media trends and platforms
• Attention to detail and the ability to work promptly
