Job description:
- Plan and deliver effective phonics lessons tailored to students age and ability levels
- Teach letter-sound relationships, blending, segmenting, and decoding skills
- Assess students progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
- Create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching young learners or early childhood education
- At least 1-2 years of experience teaching phonics or early literacy
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for working with young children
- Willingness to travel to different preschool locations for assignments
