Work Location: West side polyclinics

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, skillful and accurate blood collection for patients using venipuncture, capillary and heel-prick
• Perform phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way
• Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines
• Ensure 2 identifier is performed for every patient prior to collection before performing test for patients
• Ensure proper documentation for traceability and in adherence to good documentation practices
• Ensure compliance to workplace safety, hand hygiene and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements of the laboratory

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years experience with phlebotomy
• Open to travelling around west side polyclinics when necessary
• Any educational qualification in healthcare / Phlebotomy Certificate
