What you'll do as a Pharmacy Technician!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe medication dispensing, operational efficiency, and positive patient experiences. You will:
- Prepare, pack, and dispense medications accurately in accordance with established standards and guidelines
- Ensure medications and dispensing consumables are regularly replenished to support smooth workflow
- Identify basic drug regimens and highlight potential drug interactions to pharmacists or prescribers
- Promptly escalate operational issues and patient feedback to the Pharmacy Executive or Pharmacists
- Provide targeted counselling to improve medication adherence and therapeutic outcome
- Supervise and provide training to new pharmacy technicians/assistant
- Assist pharmacists in simple project
What you bring
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or GCE O Level with a Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Good patient relations and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and self-motivated
