Job Summary
Support healthcare operations by managing patient registration, preparing cases for health screenings and reviews, responding to patient inquiries, processing billing and medication dispensing, submitting Medisave and CHAS claims, scanning medical records, and performing triage to ensure smooth clinic workflow.
Responsibilities
- Register patients accurately to maintain up-to-date records for clinical use
- Prepare cases for health screenings and medical reviews to facilitate timely patient care
- Respond promptly and clearly to patient inquiries to provide excellent customer service
- Process billing transactions efficiently to ensure accurate payment handling
- Dispense medications following prescribed instructions to support patient treatment
- Submit Medisave and CHAS claims accurately to comply with healthcare financing requirements
- Scan and organize medical records to maintain comprehensive patient documentation
- Perform triage by assessing patient needs to prioritize care delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE N or O Level qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or healthcare roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective patient interactions
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards learning and adapting
