Responsibilities:
Registering incoming patients upon arrival.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Assisting in preparing patients for examinations.
Verifying and updating patient records.
Process patient payments, including inquiries, while providing clear explanations of charges.
Providing assistance to doctors and nurses as required.
Requirements:
Minimum educational requirement of N/O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any field.
Interest in the healthcare/medical sector.
Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed training will be provided.
Candidates with customer service experiences are preferred.
Ability to commit to a long-term position.
