Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

. Ensure accurate medication supplies for inpatients and outpatients

. Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide best care for our patients

. Provides drug information and lectures to other healthcare professionals

. Manage performance reviews, delegate and review the work of assigned staff

Requirements:

. Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent

. Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council

. At least 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy

. Must be able to work independently and work well as part of a team
