Clinical Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate medication supplies for inpatients and outpatients

Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide best care for our patients

Provides drug information and lectures to other healthcare professionals

Manage performance reviews, delegate and review the work of assigned staff

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent

Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council

At least 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy

Must be able to work independently and work well as part of a team
