Job description

As a Pharmacist focusing on Regulatory & Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical drugs & health supplements meet quality standards & are effectively distributed to meet customer needs. This role involves handling product registrations, liaising with various stakeholders, as well as managing daily operational tasks to achieve customer satisfaction & business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory compliance & product registrations: Handle licenses & product listings in Singapore & overseas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & enable market access for business growth.

  • Quality assurance & operational efficiency: Develop safety & quality control protocols to ensure product integrity, operational stability & optimal conditions of warehouse.

  • Inventory management & product development: Monitor inventory levels & coordinate stock replenishment with internal teams & suppliers to support supply chain optimisation, cost efficiency & product line growth.

  • Customer engagement & relationship building: Manage communication channels by responding to orders & enquiries, analysing data, conducting outreach & leveraging opportunities to attain greater customer satisfaction, retention & market penetration.

  • Process improvement & documentation: Learn about various aspects of the business & work closely with the different teams to optimise & document processes as well as execute initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency & profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy holding a valid Pharmacist license with Singapore Pharmacy Council

  • Experience in Product Registrations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management &/or Operations within the healthcare industry will be advantageous

  • Strong ability to work with SAP Business One & Excel, comfortable with data-driven analysis & decision making

  • Excellent attention to detail, organised, possess effective communication & interpersonal skills

  • Resourceful, proactive, passionate about advocating for both pharmaceutical drugs & health supplements
