Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised & proactive Human Resources & Management Executive to support both Human Resources (HR) operations & management functions as our company continues to expand.
This role sits at the strategic intersection of HR & management support, working closely with our leadership team to ensure that people, processes & priorities are executed effectively & in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy & comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while building structure & scalable processes.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, cross-functional coordination, & building foundational systems that support organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Talent Support: Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records & offboarding processes. Devise employer branding initiatives that enhance talent attraction & candidate quality. Process employment documentation & draft HR policies as well as internal guidelines. Support & coordinate employee engagement initiatives & serve as a point of contact for employee-related matters, escalating issues appropriately to management when required.
Learning & Development (L&D): Collaborate with departments to identify skill gaps & training needs across the different teams. Partner with departments to identify skill gaps and training needs. Spearhead the creation and maintenance of SOPs and training materials, ensuring operational process and best practices are accurately translated into practical learning content.
Management & Executive Support: Act as a trusted support partner to management by coordinating priorities, tracking action items & following up on key deliverables across teams. Track project timelines, milestones & dependencies across functions. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes & follow up on action items to ensure timely & successful execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement: Work closely with our departments to ensure smooth coordination of work & information flow. Identify gaps in workflows, documentation or communication to propose practical improvements. Support & explore the implementation of systems, tools, or software that improve efficiency & clarity.
Governance & Documentation: Organise & maintain digital documentation to ensure accessibility, accuracy & version control. Support compliance with internal policies & applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in HR operations, executive support, process improvement or a similar role
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail & the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Comfortable working with technology including Google Workspace, Slack, virtual meeting tools, & digital documentation management systems
Ability to translate discussions into structured documentation, SOPs, or action plans.
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Proactive problem solver who is self-driven & able to work independently while collaborating closely with both internal & external stakeholders
Demonstrates a high level of discretion, professionalism & integrity when handling sensitive or confidential matters
