Pharmacist (Inpatient/ Outpatient) - East

Job Description:

• Provide top-notch pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Participate in clinical, administrative, and educational activities.
• Develop and evaluate the services offered by the Pharmacy department to ensure they remain timely and cost-effective for the community.

Requirements:

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy.
• Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
• High level of clinical competency.
