Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote our products to General Practitioners (GPs), Specialists, and other healthcare providers within Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse sales data using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, Specialists, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Use Synergix to enter sales orders and manage customer data.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, call plans, and territory analyses.
  • Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and company meetings as required.
  • Analyse sales data versus KPIs and targets to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence on trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback through field interactions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders (e.g., hospitals, clinics, KOLs) to refine ICM Pharma's product and service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage negotiations on pricing, terms and delivery schedules to secure sales or sales contracts.
  • Educate prospects on products, highlighting their benefits and demonstrating how they meet customer needs.
  • Manage and acquire new accounts across different channels.
  • Building partnership with healthcare providers by being responsive and service orientated.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge and stay informed of competitor activity, market intel and competitor.
  • Build rapport with doctors, purchasers and clinic staff to maintain an excellent level of service.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
