Are you a high-energy pet person with a knack for closing deals [Company Name] is looking for a dynamic B2B Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the regional pet market. You will be the face of our brand, visiting independent pet boutiques, veterinary clinics, and regional retailers to secure new accounts and ensure long-term partnership growth.

This is a field-based role that requires a mix of aggressive lead generation and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and cold-visit potential B2B clients within your assigned territory to pitch our product lines.

• Account Retention: Conduct regular site visits to existing clients to ensure product satisfaction, monitor inventory levels, and upsell new SKUs.

• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our pet supply catalog (nutrition, toys, accessories) to provide expert recommendations.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a weekly route plan to maximize face-to-face time with decision-makers.

• Reporting: Track all activities, leads, and account health via our CRM system.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding performance. This role offers a competitive base salary plus a dual-incentive commission structure:

1. Opening Bonus: Earn a flat commission for every new account successfully onboarded.

2. Retention Residuals: Earn ongoing commission based on the monthly re-order volume of accounts you maintain.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in outdoor/field sales (B2B experience preferred pet industry experience is a major plus).

• Relationship Focus: You understand that a sale isn't over when the contract is signed-it's just beginning.
