We are looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our pet shop as Retail
Staff!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting pet products and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop and small animal enclosures
- Feed, care for, and monitor the well-being of small animals under our supervision
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Restock shelves, arrange displays, check on product expiry date periodically, ensure products are properly priced and neatly displayed and to check on product expiry date periodically.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
- E-comm management including packing of online orders.
Requirements
- Genuine love and care for animals
- Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who is reliable and responsible
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable with direct contact with animals
- Independent and Self motivated
