BreakFast at Fluffy's Boutique Pet Hotel & Grooming is a cage-free, fully air-conditioned boutique dog hotel in Katong, created for small and medium-sized dogs to enjoy a safe, clean, and happy 5-star stay. We are looking for caring, confident, and energetic Pet Handlers who want to make a real difference in the lives of dogs every day.

This is not a desk job. It is a hands-on role for people who genuinely love dogs, are observant, responsible, and enjoy being part of a team that takes pride in doing things well. At BFF, our Pet Handlers help dogs of all personalities - playful regulars, shy newcomers, young pups, and anxious guests - settle in beautifully and feel safe, cared for, and part of the pack.

Job Summary

BreakFast at Fluffy's is a unique cage-free pet hotel in Katong offering year-round care, concierge-style service, and webcam access for pet parents. We are committed to exceptional pet hospitality and customer experience, and we are looking for reliable, proactive, and caring team members to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Care for pet guests through supervised play, walking, feeding, showering, cleaning, and day-to-day handling
• Help dogs settle in safely, especially young, senior, shy, or anxious dogs
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation throughout the hotel
• Monitor dogs closely and respond calmly and appropriately to their behaviour and needs
• Communicate warmly and professionally with customers
• Support teammates and groomers to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Assist with stock and inventory of pet supplies and grooming materials
• Follow company SOPs and uphold strong animal welfare and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum age: 21
• Dog handling experience is required
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, active environment
• Calm, observant, and confident around dogs of different temperaments
• Responsible, dependable, and willing to support the team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Grooming experience is a plus, but not required
