Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels, supplier orders, and cost control
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Drive sales performance and implement promotional strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company SOPs
  • Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with POS systems and basic reporting tools
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Experience in restaurants is a plus
  • Knowledge of Singapore food safety and hygiene standards
