Pet Groomer

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day business operations of grooming.
• Ensure pet grooming equipments are well maintained.
• Perform pet grooming based on the best practices and customers needs
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the grooming centre.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, customers and pets.
• Ensure safety of pets throughout the grooming process.
• Ensure that all pets are well taken care of and in compliance with AVS guidelines.
• Highlight abnormalities of pets to the customers to avoid unnecessary conflicts or misunderstanding.
• Clip or file pet's nails
• Perform ear-cleaning services
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min 1 years of industry experience in grooming dogs
• Hand shearing and scissoring skills
• Comfort working with various breeds of dogs
• Good Communication skills
• Patience & Reliabilty
• Must love dogs/cats
