As one of Everpet's first few hires, you'll play a key role in shaping the gold standard of pet farewell services. You'll be working closely with the founders in all aspects of day-to-day operations and helping us build the brand from scratch. This is a rare opportunity for someone who's not just looking for a job, but a meaningful journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Retrieving beloved pets with care and professionalism using company vehicles
- Guiding families through the process with empathy and calm
- Explaining our services and packages in a way that is clear, honest, and heartfelt
- Grooming and cleaning of the pet
- Operating the cremation machine
- Post-cremation support such as picking of bones
- Keeping our space pristine, warm, and welcoming
- Assisting with daily admin such as printing tribute photos and preparing keepsakes
- Answering enquiries via phone, messages, and walk-ins
- Supporting marketing efforts like running promotions, assisting with social media, and executing community outreach events
- Contributing ideas to improve our services, operations, and customer experience
Who You Are
- You love animals deeply and understand the bond between pets and humans
- You're emotionally mature, with a calm and soothing presence
- You have a valid Class 3A driving license (required)
- You're physically capable of lifting and transporting pets
- You're comfortable with both frontline and backend tasks
- You're excited about being part of a meaningful brand!
- Bonus: You have experience in customer service, veterinary care, social work, or funeral services
