About the Role
Zenith Facility Services Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and proactive Pest Control / Vector Control Technician (VCT) to deliver safe and effective pest management solutions at customer sites.
This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, problem solvers, and committed to protecting public health and safety. Whether you are an experienced technician or a newly certified VCT holder, structured training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out pest control services for cockroaches, rats, mosquitoes, ants, flies, termites, and other vectors.
- Inspect premises to identify pest activity, root causes, and problem areas.
- Apply pest control treatments safely using company equipment and approved chemicals.
- Set up traps, baits, and monitoring devices to track pest activity.
- Complete clear and accurate service reports after each job.
- Provide customers with basic pest prevention advice and solutions.
- Adhere to safety standards and company work procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
- NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred (new VCT holders are welcome training will be provided).
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/field work.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Not afraid of pests and able to handle field challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Work Arrangement
- Field-based role with travel to customer sites.
- Working hours may include early mornings or weekends, depending on customer needs.
