Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and investigations of pest issues at clients premises.
- Identify and recommend appropriate pest treatment methods based on findings.
- Perform high-quality pest control treatments in accordance with company standards.
- Provide professional advice and preventive recommendations to clients to manage and eliminate pest infestations.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports after each visit.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and NEA (National Environment Agency) regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of company vehicles and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) license.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and attend to urgent service calls when required.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of handling pest control equipment.
