Operational Management
- Plan, assign, and supervise daily pest control activities across various client sites.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of pest control chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor service quality and implement corrective measures where needed.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure effective treatment and compliance.
Team Supervision & Training
- Lead, mentor, and train pest control technicians in safe work practices and service standards.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
- Assess team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all pest control operations comply with NEA regulations, company SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of pesticide usage, treatment reports, and safety data sheets.
- Implement preventive measures and emergency procedures for chemical handling.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide technical advice on pest prevention and long-term solutions.
- Prepare and submit service reports and recommendations to clients.
