Pest Control Personnel

Our client is a pest control company and they have a few openings for the pest control technician currently

This role focuses on providing essential environmental services across commercial, residential, and F&B sectors. It is a field-based position that balances technical application with client advisory and equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Execute professional pest control treatments for a variety of clients, including commercial buildings and residential areas.

• Client Advisory: Provide proactive recommendations to clients regarding housekeeping and pest-proofing measures to ensure long-term results.

• Asset Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle and all technical equipment are kept in good working condition and properly maintained.

• Operational Support: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company's service standards.

Requirements

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license.

• Communication: Ability to speak and write simple English.

• Professionalism: Must be a team player, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn new skills.

• Training: While experience is not required, candidates must be willing to undergo the mandatory NEA course after job confirmation.

• Availability: Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week and overtime roughly three times per week.

Benefits & Hours

• Compensation: Includes overtime pay, allowances, and performance-based bonuses.

• Schedule: . Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
