We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pest Control Operator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out pest control treatments, inspections, and preventive measures to ensure a safe and pest-free environment for our clients. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety standards. Full training will be provided.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial sites according to company standards.
- Inspect premises to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
- Apply pesticides and other control methods safely and effectively, in compliance with NEA regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports promptly.
- Advise customers on preventive measures to avoid future infestations.
- Maintain pest control equipment, tools, and chemicals in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety and environmental guidelines.
- Work closely with the operations team to schedule and complete jobs efficiently.
Job Specifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this role, in line with our manpower allocation policy.
- Minimum Primary School Education.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry weights of up to 22kg.
- Comfortable with tasks that may involve long walking distances or prolonged standing.
- Able to work in varied environments (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces, and at heights if required).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Basic command of English (spoken and written).
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
