This is an entry-level support role. We are a small private personal styling and personal shopping consultancy looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks. Learn more about our company at: thereoutfitter.com
Operations & Admin:
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and trackers
Uploading and organizing photos and digital wardrobes
Following processes for order tracking and returns
Preparing items for fittings (steaming, packing, unpacking)
Running basic errands related to operations
Assisting on all studio client fittings to track purchases
Helping set up and pack down materials during fitting appointments, keeping studio clean and organized
Assisting with all client order tracking, returns and logistics
Assisting with monthly emails to clients, communications through EDM, Canva, light calendar management
Act as administrator in growing preloved community group, liaise with systems experts
Client Support:
Assisting during in-home client appointments alongside stylist
Assist with studio fittings and misc logistics for clients
Photographing wardrobe items using provided guidelines
Maintenance of digital wardrobes and notes
Potential to assist with shopping recommendations and lookbook creation
Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Light selling of preloved clothing for community group
Physical tasks:
Lifting boxes, unpacking deliveries, steaming garments
Standing for extended periods during appointments
Singapore Citizen or PR
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Calm, professional, and discreet
Comfortable working directly with a small business owner
Willing to do repetitive and physical tasks
Can do attitude, no job or task is beneath you
Must sign NDA, IP, & other legal agreements to protect client information
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, email, file management)
Fashion knowledge or interest
Retail sales experience in apparel or accessories
Customer-facing, service backgrounds
Experience with Canva, Flodesk, Google Sheets, purchasing, logistics
Entry-level compensation aligned with scope and experience
Flexible schedule after first 3 months, with potential to move to 4 day work week after trial period
All PH off, extended time off July + over last 2 weeks of December
Potential to travel all expenses paid to Hong Kong for clients and sourcing trips
Potential to move into a Assistant Stylist role taking on more creative and directional tasks
