To provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Management Committee (MC) members, ensuring efficient management of calendars, travel arrangements, coordination of board-related activities and expense claims management. The role requires discretion, professionalism, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex schedules and sensitive information.

Make an Impact by

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain MC members calendars, prioritize and schedule meetings, and manage changes promptly.
• Travel Coordination: Plan and execute comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and expense reporting.
• Board & Committee Liaison: Coordinate logistics for board meetings, prepare agendas, collate materials, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Meeting Support: Arrange meeting venues, manage virtual meeting platforms, and ensure timely dissemination of meeting materials.
• Confidential Administration: Handle sensitive documents and information with utmost confidentiality.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MC members.

Skills for Success

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent.
• Professional Certifications: Executive Secretary or Administrative Professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of secretarial experience, with at least 5 years supporting senior leaders (C-suite or equivalent). Preference for candidates who have supported executives in public listed companies.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and board processes is an advantage.
• Executive-level support expertise
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
• High level of discretion, integrity and judgment
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
