Role and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestones.
- Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
- Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
- Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and safety related to project.
- Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors.
- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
- Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
- Report daily operation to Operation Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Minimum 8 years experience in site coordination.
- Excellent project management skills
- Team leadership
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
- Proficient in AutoCad.
- Proficient in English Language.
