Your Mission
You will shape and scale our E-Commerce business across APAC, driving sustainable growth and elevating our brand's digital presence. With a strong focus on performance, customer experience, and profitability, you turn ambitious expansion goals into measurable success.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and grow a winning E-Commerce strategy across APAC markets
- Own channel performance, revenue targets, and P&L management
- Develop and implement market-specific go-to-market models
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to execute growth plans
- Deliver key KPIs (e.g. GMV, traffic, conversion rate, net sales)
- Drive online excellence (visibility, ratings & reviews, digital shelf)
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key platforms (e.g. Amazon)
- Identify trends, technologies, and new growth opportunities
Your Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in regional E-Commerce management, ideally in FMCG
- Proven track record in scaling E-Commerce businesses across APAC
- Experience with platforms like Amazon, Coupang, or Rakuten is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Experience working with distributors and cross-functional global teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BI tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Japanese) are a plus
