..Personal Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO
(Full-Time, On-Site Role)..
Location: Yishun + Occasional Off-Site Assignments
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Personal Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO across both business and personal matters.
This role is a blend of:
- routine admin work
- operational coordination across multiple brands
- on-site tasks at properties, warehouses, or vendor locations
- removing manual and time-consuming responsibilities from the CEO's plate

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Handle general admin tasks, data entry, documentation, and filing
- Coordinate activities across multiple business brands (SFR, Home Staging, Logistics, Pinnacle, AffinityMotions, Serv Property)
- Liaise with warehouse teams, operations staff, external vendors, clients, and tenants
- Support daily operations and follow through on assigned tasks
- Prepare simple reports, summaries, and updates
2. On-Site Visits & Execution
- Attend site visits, property appointments, warehouse checks, or client/vendor meetings on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct basic quality checks for staging, logistics, furniture, or property setups
- Verify job completion, collect information, and relay updates accurately
- Manage small tasks such as key handovers, pickups, deliveries coordination, or item inspections
3. Tech & Digital Tools
- Work across key platforms:
Google Workspace, ClickUp, Airtable, Evernote, TeamUp, WhatsApp, Excel, Xero (optional) - Organize digital assets, documents, content files, and internal databases
- Assist in simple content tasks (photo/video renaming, file sorting, uploading)
- Comfortable picking up new software tools quickly
4. Personal Assistance
- Manage personal errands, bookings, appointments, and household-related coordination
- Handle purchases, returns, vendor arrangements, and lifestyle admin tasks
- Support daily routines to free up the CEO's time and reduce manual workload

Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience as an EA, PA, Admin Executive, Coordinator, or Ops Support
- Strong communication skills
- Confident with tech tools and digital platforms
- Must be able to work on-site in Yishun daily
- Must be comfortable travelling to properties, warehouses, and vendors when needed
- Fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a bonus)
- Independent, resourceful, and proactive
