Responsible not only for driving, but also for ensuring the employer and family have safe, punctual, comfortable and reliable transportation.

. Safe Driving: Drive the employer, family members and authorized guests safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws.

. Punctuality & Availability: Be ready according to the daily schedule and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for office, school, meetings, airport transfers, appointments and personal activities.

. Route Planning: Plan routes in advance, monitor traffic conditions and select efficient alternatives to avoid unnecessary delays.

. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times and monitor fuel, tyres, battery, servicing, road tax, insurance and other routine requirements.

. Daily Vehicle Checks: Check the vehicle before use and immediately report any mechanical problems, warning lights, damage or safety concerns.

. Family Support: Assist with children's school transportation, luggage, groceries and other reasonable transportation-related requirements when requested.

. Airport & Guest Duties: Handle airport pick-ups/drop-offs and transportation of company guests or visitors when required.

. Confidentiality: Maintain complete discretion regarding the employer's family, residence, schedules, conversations, destinations and business matters.

. Professional Conduct: Maintain good personal hygiene, appropriate dress and respectful behaviour. No inappropriate phone use or unsafe driving while on duty.

. Vehicle Security: Ensure the vehicle is properly parked and locked and that keys, access cards and other entrusted items are kept securely.

. Expense Records: Maintain accurate records and receipts for fuel, parking, ERP/tolls, servicing and other approved vehicle expenses.

. Flexibility: Be prepared for reasonable changes in schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when agreed as part of the employment arrangement.
