Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to support our Principal by ensuring safe and efficient travel, maintaining the vehicle, and assisting with administrative and security-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Principal safely by following all traffic laws and practicing defensive driving at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance to ensure the car remains in good working condition.
- Clean the vehicle inside and outside regularly to maintain a presentable appearance.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to plan and select the best routes for timely and smooth travel.
- Track and record expenses related to vehicle repairs and maintenance, keeping all receipts organized.
- Assist with personal security awareness and support event coordination as needed.
- Provide support for overseas travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin with Chinese stakeholders and overseas associates to coordinate travel and related activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate reliability and honesty in all duties.
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience, preferably as a personal or family driver.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and support travel coordination.
