Personal Driver (Boss & Family)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and safety-conscious Personal Driver to provide transportation services for the employer, family members, and guests as required. The role involves ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable travel while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

. Safely drive the employer, family members, and authorised guests to destinations as instructed.

. Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, weather, and time constraints.

. Ensure the vehicle is always in excellent working condition, clean (interior and exterior), and fueled.

. Conduct routine vehicle checks (oil, water, tyres, brakes, etc.) and schedule regular servicing.

. Assist with loading/unloading of personal items, luggage, and packages.

. Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's and family's personal and business matters.

. Run errands and perform other duties as assigned (e.g., collecting items, delivering documents).

. Assist in emergencies, such as unexpected route changes or breakdowns.

. Be on-call for driving duties outside standard hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Requirements

. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.

. Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or corporate driver.

. Familiarity with local roads, traffic regulations, and alternative routes.

. Excellent punctuality and time management skills.

. Professional appearance and courteous manner.

. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.

. Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.

. Physically fit and able to assist with lifting if needed.
