Job Summary
You will chauffeur the CEO, family, and work acquaintances, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. You will manage schedules, plan routes, run personal and company errands, and assist with ad-hoc duties to support the CEO's daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive the CEO, family, and work acquaintances safely and punctually according to the CEO's schedule
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the vehicle at all times
- Plan efficient routes and estimate travel times to optimize schedules
- Run personal and company errands promptly and reliably
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned to support daily operations
- Demonstrate flexibility by working on weekends, public holidays, and being on standby as needed
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate and support the CEO's activities
- Exhibit professionalism by dressing smartly and maintaining tactful, polite & discreet interactions
- Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality and meet job objectives independently
- Apply resourcefulness and a positive attitude to handle tasks proactively and collaboratively
- Maintain physical fitness and responsibility to perform driving and errands reliably
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license held for more than 5 years with a clean driving record
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of driving experience
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and landmarks to navigate efficiently
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Administrative experience supporting executive functions
