Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of mass-market retail banking clients through regular engagement and service reviews.
Conduct basic financial needs analyses to understand clients savings, protection, and financing requirements.
Provide suitable banking and financial solutions, including deposits, insurance, loans, and investment products, in line with clients profiles.
Drive new client acquisition and grow existing relationships through referrals, leads, and branch-based opportunities.
Deliver consistent sales performance while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Ensure all sales, onboarding, and advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate client documentation and follow up on service requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with branch and product teams to support business initiatives and campaigns.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail banking, customer advisory, or sales within the financial services industry.
Basic understanding of retail banking products, including deposits, personal loans, insurance, and simple investment products.
Client-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-driven with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Relevant banking or financial advisory certifications will be an advantage.
