Role Summary
Join one of Singapore's most trusted and recognized Banks as a Relationship Manager in the Retail Banking segment.
You will offer an extensive range of products and services (Wealth Protection, sophisticated Investment products, etc.), actively prospect via branch walk-ins and tele-calls, and grow your book of clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
- Promote and offer a diverse range of banking products to both existing and prospective clients, including Wealth Protection, Investments, and other Banking products/services.
- Administer Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes when onboarding new Clients.
- Demonstrating a good understanding of banking regulations, ensuring strict adherence to rules and guidelines while conducting business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience,preferably in a wealth management role within banking.
- Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
