Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide dedicated, high-quality personal and administrative support to the Principal of the Secondary School, acting as the first point of contact for, and the effective operation of, the Principal's office.

The role reports to the Principal of the Secondary School. 5 day week with annual leave entitlement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder with proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach
  • Proficient in digital technology (Microsoft Office: Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Confident, mature and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess high degree of discretion, diplomacy and tact in discharging duties
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Good attitude and aptitude
  • Ability to work well with all levels of people
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player with good initiative and leadership skills
