Personal Assistant to General Manager

Job Highlights:

• Personal assistant will be highly involved in daily procurement (experience required)
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Words
• Prefer staff who stays in Ang Mo Kio or East area
• Navision knowledge will be an added advantage
• Any other work assigned by supervisor.

Skills & Requirements:

• Local Diploma/in any discipline or A'Levels
• Able to commit on short notice
• Demonstrate experience in office management and executive secretarial roles is desirable under tight timeliness and exercising good judgement
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork.
