We're looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across business and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO in daily operations, scheduling, and communications.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure marketing collaterals (POSM, ticketing, TV content, signage) are delivered to outlets on time.
- Manage distribution of digital and physical marketing materials.
- Oversee logistics for devices and premium items to and from retail outlets.
- Support gift card management including QR code printing, packing, and online orders.
- Track and manage premium inventory and deliveries.
- Handle banking-related tasks such as account openings and deposits.
- Manage office operations and administrative efficiency.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and work pass applications (EP, S Pass, Work Permit).
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and confidential assignments directly from the CEO.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to handle pressure with professionalism.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
- Willing to travel for business when required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Prior experience supporting senior management or C-level executives preferred.
