Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing engagements across time zones.
Screen and manage emails, calls, and messages, drafting responses where appropriate in both Korean and English.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence for meetings and external engagements.
Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups on the CEO's behalf.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, investors, clients, and external partners.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Assist with the CEO's personal matters as needed, including appointments, reservations, errands, and gifting.
Support light project management - tracking deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams.
Help organize company events, offsites, and team activities.
Manage expense reports, data entry, and general document filing and organization.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential. You will regularly communicate with Korean-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
