Position: Executive / Personal Assistant to Chairman & CEO
Job Description:
Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman & CEO.
Assist with daily activities, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating agendas.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for the Chairman & CEO.
Arrange internal and external meetings.
Handle travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
Attend to the personal work of the Chairman & CEO as required.
Travel frequently for business and explore potential business opportunities.
Follow up on sales enquiries via email.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Chairman & CEO.
Requirements:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Secretarial, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Proactive, well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to relocate to the West (near Gul Circle MRT).
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work 5.5 days per week.
