Your Role:
You are the personal assistant to the director/principal rehab therapist of Qinetic wellness.
- Patient Coordination: Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate registration procedures.
- Administrative Support: Manage patient records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, and assist in billing, payment tracking.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of the clinic facility, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the clinic.
- Patient First: Welcome patients, handle enquiries, and manage the registration process.
- Smooth Operations: Schedule appointments and keep patient records organized and confidential.
- Clinic Care: Assist with billing, payment tracking, and ensuring the clinic stays clean and safe.
- Team Support: Help with simple administrative tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently.
- Note taking and videoing: Assist therapist in note taking during sessions and videoing of exercise prescription for clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Diploma/A Level Graduate
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Google calendar, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram, Whatsapp
- Attitude: Organized, punctual, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
