Assist the executive with both professional and personal tasks
Travel with the executive on business trips and manage related arrangements
Organize schedules, book appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications for the CEO and team.
Provide real-time support to travelling executives, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups across time zones.
Arrange international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics.
Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence with absolute discretion.
Assist the CEO with household and personal tasks, including home maintenance, individual appointments, and errands.
Coordinate team meetings, internal logistics, and external engagements.
Support family office administration and light project work.
Handle personal matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage end-to-end family travel arrangements, including complex multi-leg international flights, luxury accommodations, visa processing, ground transportation, fine dining reservations and leisure activities.
Schedule and coordinate personal as well as professional appointments and reservations.
Requirements:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential information.
Calm, polished, and adaptable under pressure.
Reliable, service-oriented, and detail-focused.
3-5 years of PA/EA experience supporting senior management.
Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Prior experience as a PA or in supporting executives is a plus
Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Strong commitment and ability to provide support across varying time zones.
